How to Order from Allegro Music Center:

There are a variety of ways to reach us and place an order. Use whichever method suits you best. We are always here to serve you and make your purchasing experience from Allegro Music Center a pleasant one.

Order Online: Visit us at www.allegromusiccenter.com to order online, seven days a week, 24 hours per day. You can order with confidence through our secure server.

Order by Phone: To place an order with Allegro Music Center by phone, call us Toll-Free at 1-877-768-7287, during regular store hours, Monday thru Saturday from 10:00am to 6:00pm. An Allegro Music Center Customer Service Representative will be able to assist you with information on product availability, price and shipping details on your purchase.

Order by Fax: You may fax your order to 1-305-740-9430, seven days a week, 24 hours a day. An Allegro Music Center Customer Service Representative will contact you as soon as possible upon receipt of your fax.

Order by E-mail: Send an e-mail request to sales@allegromusiccenter.com. An Allegro Music Center Customer Service Representative will respond and help you to complete your order. We strongly recommend that you NOT include credit card numbers or other personal financial information in your e-mail. E-mails are not secure and your information could be intercepted in transit.

Institutional, Educational, Non-Profit Sales:

We accept approved Purchase Orders from Institutional, Educational and Non-Profit accounts. Call us at 1-877-768-7287 for information. All purchase orders are subject to verification and credit approval.

How to Cancel or Change an Order:

We work hard to ensure that the product(s) you order from Allegro Music Center are the right fit for your needs and your budget. However, we recognize that on occasion you must cancel or change an order. The first thing to do is call Allegro Music Center Customer Service at 1-877-768-7287. It may be difficult to change an order once it's been in our system. In an attempt to ship orders as soon as possible it is not always possible to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. In this case we will assist you with a Return Authorization request. We prefer a call over the phone for order changes or cancellations that are more than several hours after the order was placed.

Accepted Payment Methods:

Allegro Music Center accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, PayPal, as well as money orders or certified checks (a waiting period is required for checks to clear).

Certified checks and money orders must be payable in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank, and are to be made out to Allegro Music Center and sent to Allegro Music Center, 6869 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL 33144. Returned checks are subject to a service charge of $15.00. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. orders.

When will my credit card be charged?

Allegro Music Center does not charge you in advance for orders that are not in stock and ready to ship. In the event that your order must be split (i.e., one item is in stock and one is backordered) we only charge for the part that is shipped. Once the balance of your order is ready to ship we will apply charges for that. One important thing to note here is that every order at Allegro Music Center is reviewed and attended to by a highly-trained Allegro Music Center employee before your credit card is charged.

No Sales Tax:

Allegro Music Center does not collect the sales tax for any purchases made from outside of the state of Florida. Add 7% State Sales Tax on orders purchased from or shipped to any Florida address. In other states, each customer is responsible for their own taxes.

Pricing:

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Prices do not include any taxes, duties or other fees that may be assessed by any state, federal or foreign government. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, and are not responsible for typographical errors.

Shipping to a Different Address Other Than Your Billing Address:

When an order is shipping to a different address than the billing address, we require that all the credit card information be verified with the issuing bank. This policy protects all parties from unauthorized card use. Contact your credit card company and let them know that you would like to add an alternate or authorized address on file before placing your order. If your credit card company does not allow this, simply have them list the address in your account notes or memo area. This will help avoid unnecessary delays in processing your order.
